Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana or PMAY has been launched by the Govt. of India with An aim to produce house to economically weaker section. Those poor or needy people who cant afford huge amount, then he can take benefit under this scheme. The main aim of this Scheme is to provide each and every needy people to have his/her own house facility till 2022, he/she have his/her own strong built house. The Government of India is looking in this project very sincerely and around one Crore house has been authorized also for the needy people.

Important Guidelines for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana:-
- One have to confirm that he is suitable for this scheme or not before applying for PM Awas Yojana.
- Aadhaar Card Number is mandatory, one who don’t have Aadhaar Card can not apply for this scheme.
- Must have Bank Account.

Eligibilities :
- लाभार्थी भारतीय एवं स्वदेशी होना चाहिए |
- परिवार जिसमें 16 से 59 वर्ष की उम्र का कोई भी व्यस्क नहीं होना चाहिए |
- परिवार जिसमें 25 वर्ष से ज्यादा की उम्र का कोई भी पढ़ा – लिखा मेंबर नहीं होना चाहिए |

Properties of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana :
- योजना के माध्यम से 1 करोड़ आवास निर्माण हेतु आर्थिक मदद दी जाएगी |
- योजना के अंतर्गत आवास निर्माण की जगह को 20 वर्ग मीटर से बढाकर 25 वर्ग मीटर किया गया है |
- योजना के अंतर्गत मैदानी क्षेत्रों में यूनिट सपोर्ट 1.20 लाख रुपए है जबकि पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में 1.30 लाख रुपए है |
- किसी भी राज्य में दुर्गम क्षेत्र का विभाजन राज्य सरकारों द्वारा ही होगा |
- हिमाचल प्रदेश, जम्मू कश्मीर और उत्तराखंड को भी इसी श्रेणी में शामिल किया गया है |
Registration Process for PM Awas Yojana:-
Apply for PM Awas Yojana 2021 :
- First of all explore the official website of PM Awas Yojana and then snap on “Citizen Assessment ” choice mentioned on the homepage.
- Now choose the Apply Online Option Under Citizen Assessment option.
- Once you click on “Apply Online” option, You will see few options, fix one of them.
- Now while you click on any option, a new page will be open in front of you.
- Enroll the Aadhaar Number and click on Check button.
- A new page will open ahead of you, fill all the main points asked like personal details, Bank details, Financial Details etc.
- Click on Save button.
- At the end, submit the application form.
- Application variety are going to be displayed on your screen and after that your application has been successfully completed.
