CFMS Challan – Create the CFMS Challan
If you are looking for CFMS Challan Creation, follow the below simple steps in order to create the CFMS Challan:-
- Visit the official website of CFMS Portal i.e cfms.ap.gov.in.
- On the homepage, you will see the option of “Citizen Service”.
- Choose the option “Citizen Challan” under the Citizen Services Section.
- Below Page will open on your device screen.
- Enter your Department Name.
- Enter Your Service details.
- As soon as you entered both the details, HOA number will populated automatically.
- Now you will be instructed to enter the District Name, Treasury.
- Select the District Name from the drop down menu.
- Select the Treasury from drop down menu.
- Based on the selection of Treasury and District, DDO Code will auto populated on the given space.
- Click on Submit button now.
- Now, on a screen, you will see the details of the information you have entered earlier with few more details that needs to be filled.
- Fill the Purpose field i,e reason for creating the CFMS Challan.
- Next step enter the Remittance Name.
- Enter the Remittance Id.
- You will now be asked to mention the address, Mobile Number and Email Id.
- Enter the amount.
- You will have to enter the amount in words also.
- Fill the captcha Code.
- Choose the Payment Mode as “Manual Payment”.
- Click on Submit button.
- CFMS Challan is generated on your screen with relevant details on it.
CFMS Challan Status –
- Visit the Official website of CFMS.
- Under the Citizen Service Section, choose the “Challan Status” option.
- Below page will open on your screen.
- Enter the CFMS Transaction Id.
- Click on Check Status Button.
- You will have CFMS Challan Status on your Screen.
- Take a print of the CFMS Challan Status for your reference.
CFMS Challan Cancellation Process:-
- Visit the Official website of CFMS.
- Under the Citizen Services Section, choose the “Transaction Cancellation” option.
- Below page will open on your device screen.
- Enter the CFMS Transaction Id.
- Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
- You will now be asked to confirm whether you want to cancel the Challan or not?
- Click on Yes option.
- You will now get Challan Cancellation Confirmation Message on your Screen.
- This is how you can cancel your Pending CFMS Challan on this Portal.
How to Know Your CFMS Login Id?
- Visit the Official website of CFMS.
- On the Homepage, you will see the option of “Employee Services”.
- Click on the “Employee Services” option.
- A pop up window will open on your screen just like below.
- Click on the link “Know Your CFMS Login Id”.
- As soon as you click on that link, below page will open your screen.
- You will now be asked to enter Old HRMS Employee Code.
- Enter the 7 Digit Employee Code.
- Once entered, click on Search option.
- You will have your CFMS Login Id or User Id on your Screen.
CFMS Login – CFMS Portal Login Process:-
- Visit the Official website of CFMS.
- On the homepage, choose the Login option.
- You will be directed to CFMS Login Page.
- Enter the CFMS Login Id as User.
- Enter the Login Password.
- If you are a new user and login to this portal first time, use the “password” as your CFMS Login Password.
- Click on Log on option.
