Jamabandi Punjab – Online Jamabandi Check Procedure:-
- Visit the Punjab Land Record or Jamabandi Punjab official website.
- A page “Select the Region” appear on your screen now.
- Select the Jamabandi Period as Current.
- Select your District, Tehsil, Village and Year from the drop down menu.
- Click on Set Region option now.
- Below Page will appear on your screen now.
- Choose the “Jamabandi” option and click on it.
- You can see the Jamabandi details either by Owner name Wise or Khewat Number Wise or Khasra Number Wise or Khatouni Number Wise.
- Choose the one option as per your choice.
- We are here choosing the option number 2 i.e Khewat Number Wise.
- Enter/Select the Khewat Number from the drop down menu.
- Fill the Captcha Code.
- Click on “View Report” option.
- You will get your Jamabandi details on your screen now.
Similarly, you can check/see your Jamabandi by Owner name, Khasra Number or Khatouni Number wise too.
Jamabandi Punjab – Nakal Verification Procedure:-
- Visit the Punjab Land Record/Jamabandi Punjab official website.
- Click on “Nakal Verification” option.
- Below “Nakal Verification” page will appear in front of you.
- Enter the details asked.
- Select your District, Tehsil and Date (From and to) from the drop down menu.
- Once entered the details, click on Verify Nakal option.
Punjab Land Record / Jamabandi Punjab – Search Registry Deed :-
- Visit the Jamabandi Punjab official website.
- Click on the “Registry Deed” option.
- Select the District and aTehsil.
- You can search the Registry Deed either by Seller/Buyer Name or Khewat No. or Registration Number or Registration Date.
- Choose one option.
- Enter the details as per your search by prefrences.
- Click on Search button.
- You will get the Registry Deed data on your screen now.
Punjab Land Record / Jamabandi Punjab – Check/See Roznamcha Details:-
- Visit the Punjab Land Record / Jamabandi Punjab official website.
- Click on “Roznamcha” option on the left side menu.
- You can see the Roznamcha details either by 1) Rapat Number Wise or 2) Waqiati Number Wise.
- Choose the one option.
- Lets choose the first one i.e “Rapat Number Wise.
- Choose the Year from the drop down menu.
- Now you will be asked to enter the Rapat Number.
- Fill the Captcha Code.
- Click on View Report.
Punjab Land Record / Jamabandi Punjab – Mutation Check:-
- Visit the Punjab Land Record Official website.
- Click on Mutation option.
- Click on “Mutation No. Wise” option under the Mutation Section.
- Select the Mutation Number from the drop down.
- Fill the Captcha Code.
- Click on View Report button.
Jamabandi Punjab – Check/See Mutation After Registry :-
- Visit the Jamabandi Punjab official website.
- Click on “Mutation After Registry” option.
- You can search the Mutation after Registry either by Mutation Number or Vaseeka Number.
- Choose one option.
- Select the District and Tahsil.
- Choose the Vaseeka Date (In case you choose the Vaseeka Number Wise option ).
- Enter Vaseeka Number
- Enter the Captcha Code.
- Click on Search button.
