E District Kerala is a project launched by the State Government of Kerala to facilitate the citizens of their State. Under this Portal, citizens of Kerala State can avail all the Government Services via CSC (Citizen Service Centers). There are different departments under the State Government, all these departments are brought under one system. The portal offers their citizen’s to download various certificates that are usually needed for various Government works. One can also track their application status via this portal.

E District Kerala – Online Registration Procedure :-

In order to apply for various services on the portal, you have to register yourself on e district kerala portal online. Follow the below simple process for online registration on e district kerala:-
  • Visit the e district kerala official website i.e
  • You will see the Login section on the main page of the website.

  • Click on “New Portal User Creation” option.
  • Below new user registration page will open on your device screen now.

  • Fill the details asked i.e Name, DOB, Gender, Mobile Number, Address details, Email Id.
  • Create your Login Username and Login Password.
  • Choose the Password Recovery Questions (This will help you in case you forgot your login Password).
  • Fill the captcha code.
  • Tick the “I Agree” box.
  • Click on Validate and then Register option.

E District Kerala – Login Process :-
  • Visit the E District Kerala Official website.
  • Login Section is available on the main page.
  • Enter the essential credentials like Username and login Password.
  • Enter the Captcha Code.
  • Click on Login button.

E District Kerala – Apply Online for Income Certificate:-
  • Visit the e district kerala official website.
  • Login to the portal using the essential credentials (Username and password).
  • Once logged in to the portal, you will see the “One Time Registration” option on the main dashboard.
  • Click on “Applicant Registration” option under the “One Time Registration” Section.
  • New Registration page will open now.
  • Here you will be asked to enter personal details, address etc.
  • Once entered, click on “Check Duplicate” option.
  • A pop up window will open, click on “Ok” button.
  • Click on Submit option to proceed further.
  • Now again a pop up window will appear with registration number.
  • Click on “Ok” button.
  • Now, you will see the option of “Apply for Certificate” on the left side menu.
  • Click on that option.
  • On the next page, choose the e district registration number, type of Certificate required (Income Certificate), Purpose of the Certificate.
  • Enter your name and choose the “Self” from drop down under the Relationship section.
  • Mention the Income details.
  • Click on Save button.
  • In the next stage, you will be asked to upload the relevant documents.
  • You can attach either, Ration Card, Voter Id Card. Income Tax Receipts as a Income Proof documents.
  • At the end, you have to make a payment.
  • Choose the Payment methods.
  • You can make the payment via Net banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, IMPS, Wallets etc.
  • Make the payment.
  • You will get a receipt once the payment successfully made.
  • Take a print out of the receipt for future reference.

  • Visit the e district kerala official website.
  • “Application Status” option is available on the main page.

  • Click on that option.

  • Choose the Service from the drop down.
  • Select the Certificate type.
  • Enter the Application number/Receipt number.
  • Click on Submit option.
