- You can check the record of your land by two methods 1) By Serial Number and 2) By Party Name.
Bihar Land Record Check By Serial Number
- Visit the official website of Bihar Bhumi Jankari Services.
- On the homepage you will see the option of “Services”.
- Choose the “Search By Serial Number” option under the Services Section.
- You will now be instructed to enter the Serial Number.
- Select the Registration Office from the drop down.
- Choose the Year ( From and To).
- Click on View option.

- Click on “Advance Calculation” option.
- Select the Registration Office from the drop down menu.
- Select the Circle Name.
- Choose the Thana Code.
- Choose the Land Type.
- Choose the Land Transaction Type.
- Enter the Total Cost of the Land.
- Enter Land Area Details.
- Click on View Calculation option.
- You will have the MVR Details of your Land or Plot on your screen now.

- Choose the “View Flat MVR” option under the Services Section.
- Select the Town.
- Select the Circle from drop down.
- Choose the Property Location.
- Choose the Thana Code from the drop down menu.
- Select the Local Body whether its Urban or Rural.
- Fill the Flat related details now.
- Once done with all the details, click on View MVR option.

- Select the Registration Office from the drop down.
- Choose the Circle Name now.
- Select the Thana or Mauza Number.
- Select the Area Type i.e Urban or Rural.
- Click on “Show Transactions” option.

- Visit the Official website of Department Of Revenue and Land Reforms – Government Of Bihar i.e http://lrc.bih.nic.in/
- Choose the Option of “Check My Account”.
- Click on Check Your Account option.
- Now, Select your District from the Map.
- Select the Zone from the Map and Click on that.
- You will see the “Name of Caprice” on the left side.
- Choose the Name and click on that.
- Now, click on the Account Search option.
- You will have a list of People with Account Number, Khasra Number and ROR details.
- Search Your Name from the list and check your details.
