NREGA Job Card List Scheme was initiated by Shri Manmohan Singh under MGNREGA-2005 i.e Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act-2005. The main motive behind the implementation of this Scheme is to provide the employment to the needy people for 100 days in the financial year.
