Manav Sampada | ehrms Portal | Leave Apply | e service book check | mSTHAPNA App

The Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched a new Portal named as “Manav Sampada Portal”. It is a single platform for managing the various activities like Leave Planing, Recruitment, Promotion, Transfer and all details related to employees. In this article, we will discuss how to apply for Leave and check E service book on the Manav Sampada Portal. One can select the Leaves type like Medical Leave, Maternity Leave, Casual Leave, Child Care Leave etc from the menu and apply for the leave under this Portal.

Leave apply procedure on Manav Sampada Portal;-

If you are a beneficiary one or want to apply for leave on Manav Sampada Portal, follow the below steps :-
  • Visit the official website of Manav Sampada Portal.
  • On the home page of the website, you will see an option of ehrms Login.
  • As soon as you click on Login button, a new page will open in front of you.
  • Enter the details asked.
  • Click on “Login” button.
  • You will receive an OTP on your registered Mobile number.
  • Authenticate the OTP.
  • You have successfully Logged in the Portal.
  • Main Dashboard will appear on your screen.
  • Click on “Apply Leave” option under the Online Leave Section.
  • Click on Select link on Reporting Officer section.
  • You will be redirecting to below page.
  • Click on “Add A Reporting Officer”.
  • Enter the details asked.
  • Select Online Service as Leave.
  • Select Office State Name.
  • Select District and Office location.
  • Select Designation from the drop down Menu (Block Education Officer)
  • Select the Reporting Officer Name.
  • Click on Save button.
  • Now click again on Apply Leave option under Online Leave Section.

  • Enter all the details asked like reason for Leave, Address during leave, Leave date etc.
  • Click on Submit Button.
  • Your application for leave has been submitted.
  • You will get the approval/rejection message on your registered mobile number.

How to Check E Service Book on Manav Sampada Portal:-

If you want to check the Service Book on Manav Sampada Portal, follow the below steps:-
  • Visit the official website of Manav Sampada.
  • Login to the Portal as mentioned in above steps.
  • On the main page, you will see an option of “View Passbook” under My Profile section.

  • Click on it.
  • You will get the Your Service details on your screen.
