Jansunwai Portal UP | Complaint Registration

The Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched a Unique portal named as “UP Jansunwai Portal” through which the citizens of the state can raise their voice or register complaint at the State Government level. The Concerned Department will look in to that complaint and will resolve the issue in a deadline  As a part of this Portal, one can raise the complaint from anywhere without their physical appearance in any Government offices.

UP Jansunwai Portal :-

The Government of Uttar Pradesh continuously working hard to maintain the peace and happiness in the state. Despite of being so much Government Effort, the crime rate has increased a lot. To keep this in mind, the State Government has launched a platform where every citizens can freely file their complaints.

Under this Portal, one can register for complaints like Criminal activity, Land Mafia, Corruption Activity, Illegal Recovery etc. One can also file a complaint against those Government Officers who are not doing their duty honestly or in a proper way..

The main motive behind the execution of Jansunwai Portal UP is to make the environment of the State peaceful and happiness. The State Government will try to maintain the Law and Order under this scheme. The Jansunwai Portal UP aims to avail the benefits of this portal to every citizens of the state. The State Government aims to make the state a crime free state by the help of this portal.

Complaint Register Procedure on Jansunwai Portal UP:-

If you want to register a complaint against any illegal activity in the state, follow the below steps:-

  • On the homepage of the website, you will see an option of “Complaint Registration”.
  • Click on that option.
  • You will be redirected to a new page.
  • Read all the guidelines.

  • Tick the box “I Agree that my public complaint does not fall into the above mentioned categories.
  • Click on Submit button.
  •  As soon as you click on Submit button, a new page will open in front of you.

  • You will be asked to enter either Mobile Number or Email Id.
  • Enter the Security Code.
  • Click on “Send OTP” button.
  • You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number or email Id.
  • Authenticate the OTP.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • A new page will open in front of you.
  • You will see a Jansunwai Complaint Registration form in front of you.
  • Register your Complaint .
  • Click on Save button.
  • You have successfully registered your Complaint on Jansunwai Portal UP.

Check Complaint Status on Jansunwai UP Portal:-
  • Visit the official website.
  • Click on “Status Of Complaint” option on the homepage of the website.
  • A new page will open in front of you.
  • Enter the details asked.
  • Enter the Complaint Number.
  • Enter either Mobile Number or Email Id.
  • Enter the Security Code.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • You will get your complaint status on your screen.
